What shipping options do you offer?

Work Hours
We are open for business 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
Track it
All tees are shipped with tracking numbers and you’ll get a confirmation e-mail when we ship it out to you. Simply Google the tracking number to find out where your shirt is.
Return it
If it doesn’t work for you, send it back to us with the RETURN FORM provided in your package and we’ll refund your money, less shipping fees.
Uh-Oh! (Mistakes)
Maybe you hit a wrong button or whatever. If you make a mistake, fill out the form provided (see Mistake Form) and we’ll do our best to make it right. No guarantees though, because the system might move faster than we can. It happens. With your patience and understanding, we can make it right.
Didn’t Get It?
Sorry about that. If it’s been longer than 2 weeks and you’re in the US, please call or write us! (See Customer Service) If it’s been 3 weeks since you placed your International order, ditto. Don’t forget to Google track first, to save us both a little time.
Customs Fees
If it’s going overseas from the U.S., than it’s subject to customs duties/fees. And there’s not a thing any of us
can do about it, darn it.
Next Day or 2-Day Shipping
Remember to ADD A DAY because it will take us at least that long to fulfill your order. We’re only human.
Taxes
Some states charge ‘em. Like the weather, it’s out of our control. At the moment.
Product Sizing and Information
Tell me about your tees – printing, sizes, styles.
We print 95 percent of our designs on American Apparel. 5 percent of our shirts are Alternative Apparel, a mighty fine quality shirt, indeed.
All of our shirts are screen printed in advance and stored in inventory. We do not use any print-on-demand technology. This means a higher quality shirt and a faster shipping time.
Who designs your shirts?
Our parent company, 3Square Creative Studios, has a team of highly creative designers, illustrators and comedians working on our great designs 24/7.
How should I wash my shirt(s)?
Expect about 5-7 percent shrinkage after normal wash. Wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges. Simply pack the order and return it to:
